The staff here is absolutely amazing! I took my son for his first ever dentist appointment and was extremely nervous about how he would react and how well they would handle everything. They were the most welcoming staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and were more than amazing with my son. He enjoyed it so much that he asked if he could go to the dentist every day. Everything was explained to him on a level that he could comprehend that made it all sound fun. No kid should be scared to see a dentist and I am very grateful that this place did such a wonderful job at making sure he would look forward to it in the future. I have already shared my experience amongst other parents and would absolutely recommend it!
This is where my kids have gone since the very beginning. I drive from Warrenton because I love them so much. I have one with anxiety that they always know how to deal with. Once I showed up and had the appointment time wrong and they still fit my kids in. They are outstanding in their customer service in all areas!!!
It was our first visit but it was our best dental experience with my son in his 7 years of life. Our dental hygienist was so sweet, calm and caring. She explained each step of my son’s cleaning and made my son feel comfortable. The place itself is clean and “cooly” decorated. They give out all kinds of treats from dental floss and toothbrushes to balloons and more. The doctor sat with me and explained everything in detail. The check out counter walked me through my bill and explained the charges for our next visit. My son is terrified of the dentist and he didn’t cry or need me at all.
This is my daughter’s second dental cleaning with Gainesville Pediatric dentistry. My husband and I love how the staff is so cheerful, friendly and polite from the moment we open the door. The office is always so clean and everywhere I turn there is always staff welcoming us. My family and especially my daughter loves this place! Doctor are so polite and ask questions and answer any questions we have. I never feel rushed or feel that the staff could have done better. This place is AWESOME!
We were looking for a new pediatric dentist after some rough experiences at our last dentistry. We thought the last place was what we could expect for kid-friendly technique in dental care. Hoping for less traumatizing experiences, Gainesville Pediatric Dentistry was recommended to us by our pediatrician. WHAT A REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE! From the beginning we were impressed and distracted from our concerns when we walked in. The staff was genuinely kind, patient, quickly competent, and organized. All four of our kids were seen (ages 7, 5, 4, 2 1/2) at one time and all enjoyed the experience even overcoming fear, trepidation, and tears! They can’t wait to go back! Doesn’t that speak for itself?
